Instructions
  1. Boil a saucepan of water and add enough spaghetti for 2, boil for 12 mins or as instructed.
  2. Blend together half an avocado with a tablespoon of olive oil and a minced clove of garlic, 4 basil leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Drain the spaghetti, add the avocado mix to the cooked spaghetti and top with halved cherry tomatoes and some grated parmesan
