Ingredients

tin of baked beans
1
tsp
olive oil
1/2
red onion finely chopped
1
large handful roughly chopped spinach
4
slices of your preferred bread
1
pinch
of salt and pepper
Instructions
In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil cook the onion until softened.
Under the grill toast the bread. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan over a medium heat, add the spinach and the red onion.
Serve the baked bean mix on the toast and top with salt and pepper
