Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Wrap the chicken in foil and place on a baking tray in the oven for 20mins.
  3. Boil the broccoli for 5 mins so it isn’t soggy.
  4. Put the seeds and nuts in a dry frying pan over a high heat for 3 mins, keep seeds and nuts moving so they toast not burn. Chop avocado into cubes.
  5. Gently stir together the broccoli and avocado with the toasted seeds and nuts and serve with the chicken breast.
