Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in a saucepan using the packet instructions. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stirfry the onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Using scissors, cut the chicken into thin strips and add them to the frying pan, cook for 7mins, make sure it is cooked through, then add the garlic, ginger, beansprouts, mangetout and peas and stirfry for 2 more minutes.
  3. Drain the noodles and add to the frying pan with the soy sauce. Cook for 2 mins, stir in the sweet chilli sauce and serve
