Instructions
  1. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan, chop vegetables and chicken into strips.
  2. Add the chicken to pan and sprinkle with mixed spice and stir well.
  3. When chicken is cooked through add the vegetables and cook for another 5 mins. Serve on a bed of spinach
