Mix the vinegar, oil and oregano in a salad bowl. Add the onion, chickpeas, cucumber, olives, oregano, mint and tomatoes.
Mix the flour and cumin then toss the feta till it is coated. Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan and add the feta. Cook for 2 minutes flicking over onto each side.
Toss the salad, serve and top with the feta cheese.
