Mix the rolled oats, milk 1tsp of chia seeds in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduced the heat and simmer for 5mins to get your desired consistency.
In another saucepan mix the frozen berries, 1tsp of chia seeds and 60ml water simmer gently for 5mins until slightly stewed. Serve and top the porridge with jam and a spoonful of peanut butter.
