Ingredients

clove of garlic finely diced

dijon mustard

white wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)

olive oil

of salt and pepper
Instructions
Put all ingredients in an air tight jar and store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. Shake up jar and pour when ready to use.
