Ingredients

cucumber diced

small red onion finely sliced

olives pitted and halved

dried oregano

greek feta cheese

lemon juice

Instructions
Wash and prep the vegetables.
In a bowl add the cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, green pepper, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Dress with a 2 big squeezes of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Seve and top with feta
