portobello mushrooms

Instructions
Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
Place the mushrooms on a baking tray stems up and fill around the stems with tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Bake for 13 mins until tender.
Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
