Instructions
  1. Add the kale, carrots and cabbage to salad bowl, stir to mix.
  2. Sprinkle the cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts on top.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the lemon juice, maple syrup, mustard and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Serve the salad and drizzle the dressing over the salad, enjoy.
