Ingredients

smoked mackrel

tbsp
Creme fraiche

tbsp
harissa
cooked potatoes
1/2
lemon juice
3
large tomatoes
1
red onion finely chopped
3
handfuls of rocket
Instructions
Mix the creme fraiche, harissa and lemon juice and season to taste.
In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, tomatoes and onion and mix together to coat. Scatter with flaked mackerel and rocket, mix and serve.
