Ingredients

rashes of bacon
2
large tomatoes
1/2
avocado
1
pinch
of chilli flakes
1
squeeze of lemon juice
2
slices of preferred bread
1
pinch
of salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook the bacon and tomatoes under the grill, turning to cook both sides.
Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the chilli, salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix well.
Toast the bread, cover each slice with the avocado, top with the tomatoes and bacon.
