Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta per the packet instructions.
  2. Roughly chop the pepper and add to a food processor with the parsley, nuts, garlic and olive oil and blitz to a pesto consistency. Stir through the parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drain the pasta and put back in the pan, stir in the pesto and heat for 2 mins. Serve and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
