These are pitta bread made into pizzas. Great for children to try their own versions with different toppings

Ingredients
4
pitta breads
4
tbsp
of tomato puree or pesto
toppings of your choice: artichoke, onions, mushrooms, feta, olives, pinenuts, chilli, seasoning. Handful rocket, basil leaves, olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the over to 220 degrees.
Place the pitta bread on a baking tray and spread the tomato puree or pesto on them. Add toppings of your choice and top with a drizzle of olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Slice in half and bake for 10mins.
Serve with rocket and basil.
