Ingredients

salmon fillet
1
tsp
tahini paste
1
spring onion
1/2
red pepper
3
basil leaves
a handful of spinach leaves
Instructions
Whizz up all the ingredients in a food processor. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.
Scoop out a 1/4 of the mixture and put it in the frying pan and flatten down with a spatula. Cook through on a low heat, turning regularly.
You can make 4 patties with this mixture. Enjoy on a bed of salad
