Ingredients

smocked mackrel fillets
skins removed
250
g
soft cheese
1/2
juice of a lemon
1
tsp
horseradish
pepper
as required
parsley
garnish
Instructions
In a blender, add, mackerel, soft cheese, lemon and horseradish.
Blitz and taste.
Horseradish and lemon juice can be added if wanted.
Add pepper and blitz again
Garnish with the parsley and serve with toast
