Boil the kettle and fill a saucepan of the boiling water and cook the spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the packet states.
In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of oil and tear the parma ham straight into the pan. Bash the garlic with a knife and add to the pan. Cook for 5 mins and remove the pan and throw away the garlic. Whisk the eggs with the parmesan and pepper
When the spaghetti is cooked take a mugful of the pasta water and put to one side. Drain the rest of the pasta and add it to the parma ham with the egg yolks and pasta water. Mix together until the spaghetti is covered in a creamy sauce
