Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the prawns and jerk paste together in a bowl and set to one side. In a large bowl mix the dressing with coconut milk, lime zest and juice and sugar and mix. Warm the wraps for 2 mins in the oven.
Add the beans, mango, onion, cucumber, most of the coriander, the dressing, add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the prawns thoroughly.
On a wrap add lettuce, the bean salad, top with prawns, sprinkle with coriander, fold one end over by an inch and roll length ways. Repeat with the other wraps and enjoy.
