Supa Spicy Prawn Salad
This is a yummy very versatile dish. Serve the prawns in lettuce cups, in a salad, with stirfry veg or brown rice to spice up any lunch or dinner

Instructions
  1. Mix together the garlic, paprika, chilli, salt and pepper in a bowl and add the prawns, coating thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns on a medium heat for for 5 mins until cooked.
  3. Lower the heat and add the rest of the ingredients and heat for 1 min. Serve with lettuce leaves, half a sliced avocado, coriander and lime wedges
