Ingredients
2
cans of tuna in water
1/4
red onion finely chopped
1
apple cored and chopped into 1cm cubes
1
celery chopped into 1cm pieces
olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Drain the tuna. Combine the tuna, red onion, apple, celery and raisins.
Chop the lettuce and put on a plate, top with tuna mix and drizzle over with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
