The EMOTION PT is the one who meets you in your trauma, grief, discomfort and gives you tangible tools to move from heaviness to freedom.
Trauma therapy is the personal trainer session for your emotions. You need to learn how to lift the weight of your emotional discomfort while easing your emotions into new ways of existing.
If you, train weights without warming up, you’re going to damage your muscles.
If you try to move forward without addressing your grief and trauma, you’re going to struggle.
Working with me allows you to move forward whilst prioritising all of your emotions and giving to yourself on a soul level.
