I also offer a Life Coaching Programme which supports you in going forward and what is next for you… health, career, relationship with yourself and others and all other aspects of your life.

I help people through the life coaching programme who have lost direction and want to take back control of their own health, their wellbeing and their life, in their own time and without the struggle of doing it alone.

Life was really tough after my first major loss experience and I lost my way. Who was I?, what did I want?, how could I get it? I wanted things to change but I had no answers, no direction, I didn’t know where to begin or have the energy to even try and make changes to create the life I wanted.
I was lucky enough to find the support to change my life. I realised I couldn’t do it alone and that was ok. You will find the answers you need through our sessions and you will do the work to make changes you are passionate about whilst I support you and guide you to where you want to go.

As a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach I have helped many people rediscover who they are, lose weight, come off medication, build their confidence, go for their goals, have more energy, find their passion for life again and feel a sense of accomplishment and balance.
