Instructions
- Boil the kettle and fill a saucepan with the boiling water over a high heat. Please an egg in the water and boil for 7 mins. Toast the bagel.
- When the eggs have boiled run them under cold water and peel them. Place eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork add a small squirt of mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix.
- Layer the egg onto the bottom side of the bagel, place a handful of spinach on top of the egg and top with the other half of the bagel.
