  1. Need a loaf tin and greaseproof baking paper
  2. Preheat fan oven to 160c
  3. Whisk together the butter, honey, agave syrup, yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Grate the zest from the lemon and add to the mixture, plus a good squeeze of the lemon juice.
  5. Fold in the flour and 160g of blueberries.
  6. Line the loaf tin with baking paper and spoon in the mixture.
  7. Cook for 1hr until golden brown.
  8. Serve with the rest of the blueberries. 🙂
