Ingredients
- 50 g reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3 medium avocados, deseeded, skinned and mashed
- 15 g baby spinach leaves, finely chopped
- 35 g green onion, finely chopped
- 10 g coriander, finely chopped
- 50 g green pepper finely chopped
- 6 g garlic oil
- 70 g tomato, diced, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- pinch of salt, black pepper and chilli, to taste (fresh or dried)
