Banana and chocolate sarnie
Lots of us need a chocolate fix occasionally, here it is, but with a healthy twist

Instructions
  1. Dry heat a griddle pan, spread your bread with butter.
  2. Mash the bananas and stir in the chocolate chips. For both sarnie, spoon the banana mixture onto the side of the bread with no butter and place another piece of bread on top with butter on the outside.
  3. Put the sarnies on the griddle pan and cook on each side for 3 mins until crisp. slice in half and serve.
