- Rinse the beans in cold water through a sieve. Mix the beans and the sweetcorn together. Slice into quarters the tomatoes and add them to the beans and sweetcorn.
- Serve the salad then slice the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh onto the salad. Squeeze over lime juice and top with coriander.
