Instructions
  1. Rinse the beans in cold water through a sieve. Mix the beans and the sweetcorn together. Slice into quarters the tomatoes and add them to the beans and sweetcorn.
  2. Serve the salad then slice the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh onto the salad. Squeeze over lime juice and top with coriander.
