- 230 g self raising flour
- 200 g blueberries
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 100 g runny honey
- 75 g agave syrup
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium eggs

Instructions
- Need a loaf tin and greaseproof baking paper
- Preheat fan oven to 160c
- Whisk together the butter, honey, agave syrup, yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Grate the zest from the lemon and add to the mixture, plus a good squeeze of the lemon juice.
- Fold in the flour and 160g of blueberries.
- Line the loaf tin with baking paper and spoon in the mixture.
- Cook for 1hr until golden brown.
- Serve with the rest of the blueberries. 🙂
