- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and boil a saucepan of water. Line an oven tray with greaseproof paper or foil and add salmon.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and cook for 2 mins until softened. Add in the parmesan, parsley and salt and pepper stir until parmesan melts. Spread the mixture over the salmon and bake in the over for 12mins.
- Whilst the salmon is cooking add the green beans and broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 5 mins. Serve together and pour over any remaining sauce
