Chickpea and Chorizo Stew
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, fry the chorizo, onion and garlic for 5 mins stirring continuously. Drain the excess oil and add the paprika and cumin seeds. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, chickpeas, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 mins until thickens.
  2. Put the bread in the toaster. Serve and dress with parsley and toasted bread.
