The easiest, delicious, semi healthy-ish treat!
Great for a cosy night in or to share with friends after a meal.
Make it at least one day inadvance so it is solid and perfectly cold
Toppings can be changed as desired, cranberries and mixed nuts are my favourite

Ingredients
- 2 bars dark chocolate I go for the darkest I can get my hands on
- 1 bar cheap milk chocolate I get a supermarket brand as they are around 50p
- mixed nuts as many as you fancy
- dried cranberries as many as you fancy

Instructions
- melt the bars of chocolate together in a pan over boiling water
- lay greaseproof paper over a shallow tray that will fit in your fridge
- Pour the melted chocolate over the greaseproof paper and spread thinly and evenly around
- cover in as many cranberries and mixed nuts as desired
- Put in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hrs to set
- Once set, break up the chocolate into random sized pieces and enjoy. Eat quickly before in warms up!
