- 500 g Plain yogurt
- 2 handfuls of frozen berries
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds

Instructions
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, cover with yogurt about 1cm thick. Sprinkle over berries and seeds.
- Freeze for at least 2 hrs until solid through, break up and store in a freezer bag to pick at when wanted.
