Ingredients
- 1 10 ounce bag of frozen peas
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 onion cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves finely sliced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Boil the kettle and cook the beans according to the packet, usually for about 4 mins until tender and crisp.
- Chop the onion into small pieces, finely chop the garlic and half the tomatoes. Rinse the beans with cold water and drain.
- Combine the beans, tomatoes, garlic and onion in a bowl and add the lime juice, honey, olive oil, dried basil, salt and pepper. Leave in the fridge till ready to eat.
