Green Bean Salad
Great for a pack lunch or with meat or fish on a warm day
  1. Boil the kettle and cook the beans according to the packet, usually for about 4 mins until tender and crisp.
  2. Chop the onion into small pieces, finely chop the garlic and half the tomatoes. Rinse the beans with cold water and drain.
  3. Combine the beans, tomatoes, garlic and onion in a bowl and add the lime juice, honey, olive oil, dried basil, salt and pepper. Leave in the fridge till ready to eat.
