- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 handful of kale (no stalks)
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 apple
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk (nut or plant based milk)
