Instructions
  1. Place chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor. Blitz and slowly add the liquid from the chickpea tin until reaching a smooth consistency. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
  2. Serve, drizzle olive oil and top with cumin and parsley
