- 3 medium eggs
- 2 tsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with yogurt, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mix and tilt the pan to cover the bottom of the pan in the mixture and use a spatula to lift the edges so it doesn't stick to the pan. Add your chosen filling and wait till omelette is firm round the edged. Fold in half and serve.
