- 65 g rolled oats
- 160 g yogurt
- 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 g blueberries
- drizzle mayple syrup

Instructions
- In a container (that has an airtight lid) add the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and yogurt and stir well.
- Put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning top with berries and enjoy
