This can be added to any fish dish and is super simple to throw together.
When cooking a fish noodle dish in a wok I don’t even measure out the ingredients but just throw them in the whilst cooking – it’s a great, guaranteed delicious boost of flavour to your dish!

Thai Style Dressing
Instructions
Put all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency for your dressing and pour over your food.
If putting straight into wok without blending chop ginger and lemongrass up finely before adding.
Once served, sprinkle the garnish over the top.
