Untraditional Chinese Noodles
Love these noodles so much that I do an Italian version too, yum, yum!
  1. Heat some oil in a frying pan and squeeze the sausages out of their skins and into the pan. Add the five spice and salt and pepper. Fry for 5 min, stirring occasionally to break up the meat.
  2. Chop off the white stems of the pak choi and separate leaves. Finely slice the spring onions. Mix together the tahini, soy sauce, and chilli oil with 2 tbsp of hot water. Add the noodles and pak choi to the sausage meat and toss together for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the sauce and serve with a sprinkling of spring onions
