- 500 g vanilla yogurt
- 100 g blackberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 lemon juice
- mint leaves

Instructions
- Put blackberries, raspberries and blueberries into a saucepan, slightly crush them with a fork and gently heat for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Add lemon juice to the pan and cook for another 2 mins, still stirring.
- Spoon the yogurt into bowls and pour over the berry sauce and serve with mint leaves.
