- 40 g rolled oats
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 60 g frozen berries
- 60 ml water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, milk 1tsp of chia seeds in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Reduced the heat and simmer for 5mins to get your desired consistency.
- In another saucepan mix the frozen berries, 1tsp of chia seeds and 60ml water simmer gently for 5mins until slightly stewed. Serve and top the porridge with jam and a spoonful of peanut butter.
