- 1-2 tbsp white wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in an air tight jar and store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. Shake up jar and pour when ready to use.
