Instructions
- Put the couscous in a bowl and pour over 100ml boiling water. Cover and leave for 5 mins.
- Put the dressing ingredients in a blender with 5tbsp of cold water with blitz till smooth. season with salt and pepper. Divide the dressing between the 2 jars and layer in the remaining ingredients putting the couscous in the centre
- Seal and keep in the fridge till ready to eat, then shake the jars up and serve in bowls.
