- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 medium eggs
- 75 g rolled oats
- 1 tsp butter
- 100 g blueberries
- natural yogurt
- chopped nuts

Instructions
- Blend the bananas, eggs, oats and pinch of salt together until smooth.
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pour the batter mix into the pan to make approximately a 10cm pancake in diameter and 1cm thick. Scatter a few berries on the pancakes and flip pancakes when bubbles appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown in colour.
- Repeat until all mixture is used up. Serve with yogurt and sprinle with blueberries and nuts.
