- 1 medium cucumber diced
- 4 tomatoes diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 small red onion finely sliced
- 100 g olives pitted and halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 100 g greek feta cheese
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Wash and prep the vegetables.
- In a bowl add the cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, green pepper, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
- Dress with a 2 big squeezes of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Seve and top with feta
