- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- 1 pinch of dried thyme
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
- Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking tray stems up and fill around the stems with tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Bake for 13 mins until tender.
- Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
