Ingredients
- 300 g smoked mackrel
- 5 tbsp Creme fraiche
- 1 tbsp harissa
- cooked potatoes
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 3 handfuls of rocket

Instructions
- Mix the creme fraiche, harissa and lemon juice and season to taste.
- In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, tomatoes and onion and mix together to coat. Scatter with flaked mackerel and rocket, mix and serve.
